The service call fee covers more than just a visit. It includes the cost of dispatching a technician, travel time, vehicle expenses, and performing a thorough diagnostic—often requiring partial disassembly of the appliance. If you choose to proceed with the repair, the service call fee is waived. If you decide not to move forward, the fee helps cover the time and resources already invested.
